Directions: From Route 3 - North: Traveling north on Route 3 (towards Boston), take Exit 16B to Rte. 18 south (the Weymouth Exit). At end of ramp, turn left onto Rte. 18 south. Stay on Rte. 18 thru South Weymouth and into Abington. At the set of lights with Old Town Real Estate (on right) and Seoane Landscape Contractors (on left) take a ) take a right onto Gliniewicz Way. Abington High School is on your right.
Barnstable

Directions: Directions to Barnstable High School From the Sagamore Bridge, take Route 6 East onto Cape Cod. Take Exit 6 (Route 132) toward Hyannis. At the second traffic light (Cape Codder Resort on the right), bear right onto Bearse’s Way. At the first light, take a right onto Route 28 (Falmouth Road). At approximately 0.9 mi, take a left after the sign for the Barnstable Senior Center. The lacrosse field will be on the left just beyond the Town of Barnstable School Maintenance Department Building.
Bourne
Directions: To Bourne Middle School from Route 3. Take Route 3 south. Enter rotary and take 1st exit onto US-6 W (Scenic Hwy). Enter rotary and take the ramp towards RT-25/RT-28 S (Providence, Boston, Falmouth). Go right at the fork toward Falmouth over the Bourne Bridge. Enter rotary and take 1st exit onto Trowbridge Road. Drive approximately one half mile. Peebles School will be on the left. Take next left on school service road. Bourne Middle School is straight ahead with parking lots in front and to the side.
Braintree
Directions: All Braintree home games are to be played at the Thayer Academy South Turf Complex Directions: SOUTH ATHLETIC CAMPUS*1535 Washington Street, Braintree* FROM Rt 3 (heading south towards Cape Cod) take Exit 17- Take the first right off the ramp-Union Street- go thru the traffic light up the hill to the 2nd light take a left onto Washington St. Stay on Washington St thru 4 lights, (at 3rd light Washington becomes Hancock St) at the 4th light stay straight this is now Rt 37 south. 1/2 mile after the light, there is a new light at the Braintree Office Park, take that entrance, the fields and parking are on the left. Total trip on Washington and Hancock St is 1 3/10 miles

Cohasset-Milliken Field
Directions: All games will be played at Milliken Field.------ From the South: (If your town is on Route 3A, skip to #4) --- Route 3 NORTH to Route 53 in Hanover. Make a RIGHT off the exit ramp onto 53. Stay on 53 a short distance until you come to Route 123. OR you can take the next exit Rockland/Cohasset and take Route 228 as noted in ‘from the north’. Make a RIGHT onto 123; follow it through Norwell until you come to Route 3A. Take Route 3A NORTH (making a left from Route 53) through Scituate and into Cohasset (look for the "Entering Cohasset" sign). You will pass SHAWS Supermarket on your Left and an EXON station on your Right. This is the first set of lights in Cohasset. Go to the second light in Cohasset. There will be a small import auto dealer at the corner. This is Pond Street. Make a RIGHT onto Pond Street and 500 YARDS ON THE LEFT IS Cohasset Middle/High School. ALUMNI FIELD is the field at the MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL and the PARKING LOT is in front of the school.-- TO MILLIKEN FIELD – Go PAST the Mid/High School The first LEFT TURN after the high school is Bancroft Street. Make a LEFT onto Bancroft. The field will be a few hundred yards down the road on your left. Milliken Field – Go PAST the Mid/High School. Take the first LEFT TURN after the high school onto Bancroft Street. Make a LEFT onto Bancroft. The field will be a few hundred yards down the road on your left. From the North: (If your town is on Route 3A, skip to step # 3) ----- Route 3 SOUTH to Exit 14 for Route 228. Make a LEFT onto 228. Follow 228 as it twists through Hingham until you get to Route 3A. Head SOUTH on Route 3A (making a right off Route 228) and you will soon see a sign that says you are "Entering Cohasset." Keep driving on 3A until you get to the second stoplight in Cohasset (there is a Super Stop & Shop at the first light). There will be a small import auto dealer on the corner. This is Pond Street. Make a LEFT onto Pond Street and 500 YARDS ON THE LEFT is Cohasset Middle/High School. ALUMNI FIELD is the field at the MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL and the PARKING LOT is in front of the school --- Milliken Field – Go PAST the Mid/High School. Take the first LEFT TURN after the high school onto Bancroft Street. Make a LEFT onto Bancroft. The field will be a few hundred yards down the road on your left. --
Duxbury
Directions: From Route 3, take Exit 11. At top of ramp turn right on Route 14 toward Duxbury. Just past Police Station, bear right at flashing light. Go straight to stop light at intersection of Route 3A, then straight onto George Street. After about 1 mile, you will enter school complex. Enter through first entrance on the right (Percy Walker Pool). Field is behind pool.

Directions: Route 3 north to exit 14 (228) at end of ramp take a right.Follow 228 9 miles before you get to Hull. Rt 228 turns into Nantasket Ave. Follow to the very end of Hull. High School is on your right.

Kingston
Directions: Coming from either the north or south on route 3, take exit 9. At the top of the exit take a right onto route 3A. Follow route 3A for about a mile or so, passing the Kingston Public library on your left, until you come into Kingston center. You will come to railroad tracks. Immediately after crossing the tracks take a left onto Pottle street (Crossroads Liquors will be on your right after you turn onto Pottle street). Go to the end of Pottle street until you come to a baseball field. Follow the signs to the Norman Opachinski field complex. After you go through the gate/entrance there will be a soccer/lacrosse field on your right equipped with lights. That is the lacrosse game field.

Directions: Games will be played at the Norwell High School, 18 South St. Norwell, Ma. No bathroom facilities onsite, best to stop at Merchants row on 53 before turning on route 123. There are several bathrooms up & down stairs, or at Dunkin Donuts/Togos on the left as you turn on to 123. Directions: Take Route 3 to exit 13 (Hanover Mall/Route 123) At end of ramp go North on 53 towards Hingham (away from mall) .5 mile Turn Right on Route 123 (also called Main St.) at the first light) after Merchants Row & Joes American Bar & Grill) & go .8 mile Turn Right on South St. (after blue signs to HS , Public Library just after The Stone House Garden shop) Turn Right about 500 yds the library entrance will be on Left, keep going & the field will be on left near the tennis courts.
Norwell
Directions: From the North: Take Route 3 South (toward Cape Cod) to Exit 13 (Hanover). Top of the ramp – turn left onto Route 53. At intersection (light) of Route 53 and Route 123 – turn right onto Route 123. Drive 2 miles (plus). The Middle School is on the right hand side of Route 123. Take the right after Sparrell School (Norwell Public Schools Adminstration Building). The Fields are located in the back, next to the Middle School, (A new, multi-level, brick building behind the Sparrell School). From the South: Take Route 3 North to Exit 13 (Hanover). Top of the ramp – turn right onto Route 53. At intersection (light) of Route 53 and Route 123 – turn right onto Route 123. Drive 2 miles (plus). Take a left on ramp at sign that says Squantum,North Quincy this will bring you back over the expressway. YOU ARE ON SQUANTUM STREET. Stay on Squantum street for about 1 mile. You will come to the intersection of Squantum St. and Hancock St., go thru intersection North Quincy High School will be on your left. Take first left after NQHS onto Newbury Street. Teal Field is half a block down on the left. From Route 93 North (Southeast Expressway): Take exit 9 Milton-N. Quincy exit. The road runs parallel to the expressway. Stay in center lane. East Milton Square is to your right. Ther is a set of lights and a fire station on your right and immediately after there is asecond set of lights,keep going straight. Player Code of Conduct I agree to conduct myself in a sportsmanlike and socially responsible manner. I understand that fighting (including leaving the bench during a fight), ungentlemanly behavior toward the referees, staff of Pembroke Youth Lacrosse or our host facility or any unsportsmanlike behavior toward fellow players, including taunting and playing to endanger, may result in suspension or expulsion from the league without refund. Parental/Guardian Authorization As the parent or legal guardian of the above named registrant in the Pembroke Youth Lacrosse League, I hereby give him permission to participate. I have read this application thoroughly and understand all aspects of it. I understand that lacrosse is a contact sport in which injury, even serious injury, may occur. I release Pembroke Youth Lacrosse, its staff and the host facility from all liability associated with my son’s/daughter’s participation in this league. I understand that my registration fee is non-refundable and not transferable to another session or another player except as specifically allowed by Pembroke Youth Lacrosse. I also understand that weather-related cancellations or missed games by players may not be made up and no refunds will be processed. I also grant Pembroke Youth Lacrosse, its staff and designees, permission to seek emergency medical care for my son. I certify that the insurance information provided is correct and current and agree to assume all responsibility for any medical expense incurred.
