The GSC BOD has decided to proceed with the Spring 2021 Soccer season as follows:
 
1-Boys and Girls for age groups U12, U14, and U16-U18 (if available) will all be playing travel soccer
 a. If for some reason, the league ends up cancelling the travel soccer season prior to its start, then the GSC will revert to an in-town season similar to what we had done in the Fall 2020 season.
 b. If after a few games into the travel season, the league decides to cancel or stop the travel program, then the GSC will do its best to finish the Spring 2021 season by holding an in-town season similar to what we had done in the Fall 2020 season.
 
2-Boys and Girls for age groups U6, U8 and U10 will all be playing an in-town season in the Spring 2021, similar to what we had done in the Fall 2020 season.
 
We will be following the MYSA guidelines for playing soccer during COVID, which include:
 
1.       Masks must be worn by all players/parents/coaches at the field – no exceptions (except health related issues obviously).
2.       If a child wants to play goalie, then he/she will need to have their own goalie gloves as we are not allowed to share gloves.
 
These guidelines could change during the season and we will accommodate any guideline change that is enforced by the league.
