Emerg. Srvices Building ESB #1 Directions: Located behind the Hampden Township Emergency Services Building at 295 S. Sporting Hill Road, Mechancisburg. After you turn off of Sporting Hill Road, you must bear to your right to get to the parking area near the fields. If you dont, you will find yourself driving up to the emergency services building where NO PARKING is allowed. Field #1 is the field closest to Route 581. Hampden 3 Directions: From I-83: Use exit 20 for Camp Hill/Gettysburg: Follow Harrisburg Expressway West (PA 581) to Exit 3 (Carlisle Pike). At the end of the exit ramp get into the left hand turn lane, proceed to the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp, make a left onto the Carlisle Pike. Proceed on the Carlisle Pike for 0.4 of a mile to the next traffic light. This light is at the intersection of the Carlisle Pike and Sporting Hill Road. Make a right onto Sporting Hill Road and proceed 0.1 of a mile to the traffic light. This light is at the entrance to the Hampden Park. Make a right and proceed into the park. Hampden #3 is beyond the playground and is the 3rd field that you come to after passing fields 1 and 2. hampden 4 Field by the cemetery in the Hampden Park complex Directions: Go to the rear of the Hampden Park Complex. The Complex is located at 210 South Sporting Hill Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. The field is at the very back by the cemetery. Hampden 5 Directions:

Turn left onto PA74 North and continue 4.4 miles to the traffic light at the PA174 intersection. Turn right onto PA174 East (Boiling Springs Road) and proceed 1.2 miles to fields JOE CARR 2 is on the left (just past Monroe Township Building) behind the concession stand on the hill.
From Junction US15 and PA581 - Proceed South on US15 to Lisburn Road EXIT. Turn right onto Lisburn Road AT THE END OF THE EXIT RAMP (THE FIRST TRAFFIC LIGHT). Proceed 3.8 miles THROUGH TWO ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC LIGHTS to THIRD TRAFFIC LIGHT at intersection with Boiling Springs Road (PA174). Turn left onto PA174 West (Boiling Springs Road) and proceed 0.5 mile to fields JOE CARR 2 is on the right behind the concession stand on the hill.

At the first red light past the High School there will be a truck stop on your left and a Hess Gas Station on your right. This is Bernheisel Bridge Road. Turn Right on Bernheisel Bridge Road. Continue around a sharp right corner and take your first left (staying on Bernheisel Bridge Road). Go down the hill and the pull into the park on your right. The field is immediately on your right. Registration Waiver Text ASSUMPTION AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS
AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way for the United States Adult Soccer Association, Inc., its Affiliates, Leagues, and Member Teams, its related events and activities, the undersigned, acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:
1) The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,
2) I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3) I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and
4) I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS the United States Adult Soccer Association, Inc. Its Affiliates, Leagues and Member Teams, their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“Releasees”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
