SportsManager passwords are not case sensitive. SportsManager has 2 types of administrative login approaches. One word login and Board position login. To select these different login approaches click on the Organization Info button. The board position login approach requires the access level to be defined on the board member page and for the user to enter their email address and password to login.Passwords are not case sensitive in SportsManager.
