The spreadsheet must have the XLS extension (Example: sched-Import.xls) which is the older version of Excel. The program does not support the newer XLSX format. You must have the "required" column headings (shown below) in your spreadsheet with the exact same spelling. There can be no blank rows of data or blank columns. To Import a schedule you must have an excel file to upload with following fields.Your League name and teams names in the input file must exactly match the league and team names shown in sportsmanager. If you have a mis-spelled team name, the import program will assume it is a new team and will ask you if you want to add it. In that case pick the "Ignore" option and proceed with the import and then fix your input file and re-run the import. The Import program will not create duplicates if you run the file more than once with the same data. To add practices leave the AwayTeam blank and add a column called "Type" and in that column enter "Practice" for each practice. For Scrimmages, add the word "Scrimmage" in the Type column, to import a game that has a status of cancelled add the word "Cancelled" in the type column
